Instructions

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute until fragrant.

Add tomato puree and cook until the oil starts separating.

Stir in turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 2–3 minutes.

Add cashew paste and sauté for another 2 minutes, stirring well.

Add 1 cup water and baby corn pieces. Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes until baby corn is tender.

Sprinkle garam masala and kasuri methi. Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.

Finish with cream, stir gently, and turn off the flame. Serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
