Instructions
1 Mix flour, yogurt, baking powder, salt, and oil. Knead into a soft dough and rest for 1 hour.
2 Divide dough into balls. Flatten and stuff with grated cheese.
3 Roll gently into naan shape (tear drop or round).
4 Cook on a hot tawa or bake in a tandoor/oven until golden brown.
5 Brush with butter and serve hot with curry or chutney.
