Sandwich Base

4 slices bread

2 tbsp butter

Filling

1 cup paneer cubes (lightly sautéed)

1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala

1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

1 Lightly sauté paneer cubes with spices and onion.
2 Place the paneer mixture and cheese between two slices of bread.
3 Butter outer sides and grill on a skillet or sandwich maker until golden brown.
