Instructions
- 1 Butter one side of each bread slice.
- 2 Layer cheddar, mozzarella, and jalapeño slices between two slices of bread (buttered sides facing out).
- 3 Grill on a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- 4 Slice and serve hot with spicy mayo or salsa.
