Instructions
1 Cook pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and cool.
2 Mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, herbs, salt & pepper for the filling.
3 Spread a layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish.
4 Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and arrange in the dish.
5 Pour remaining tomato sauce over the shells and sprinkle extra cheese.
6 Cover with foil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more until golden.
