Instructions

• 1 Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a rectangular baking dish.
• 2 Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce at the bottom.
• 3 Place lasagna sheets, spread béchamel, spoon ricotta, sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, and cheddar. Repeat layers.
• 4 Continue layering until all sheets and sauces are used, finishing with cheese on top.
• 5 Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
• 6 Rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with garlic bread or salad.
