Instructions
- 1 Mix mashed potatoes, flour, and egg to form a soft dough. Roll into ropes and cut into small gnocchi pieces.
- 2 Boil gnocchi in salted water until they float (2–3 minutes). Drain.
- 3 For sauce: melt butter, add cream, simmer 2 minutes, then stir in parmesan and mozzarella.
- 4 Toss cooked gnocchi in cheese sauce until coated.
- 5 Season with salt & pepper. Serve hot with fresh herbs or extra parmesan.
