Instructions
- 1 In a bowl, combine chicken lollipops with ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, soy sauce, vinegar, egg, cornflour, maida, and salt. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
- 2 Heat oil for deep frying. Fry the marinated lollipops in batches until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- 3 For tossing, heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add garlic, curry leaves, and green chilies. Sauté until aromatic.
- 4 Add red chili sauce and soy sauce. Stir-fry for a minute, then toss in fried lollipops until coated.
- 5 Serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges. Wrap the lollipop sticks with foil for a restaurant-style touch.
