Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
2 Mix spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper for the filling.
3 Stuff cannelloni tubes with the spinach-cheese mixture.
4 Spread tomato sauce at the bottom of the dish, arrange stuffed tubes on top.
5 Cover with remaining tomato sauce and béchamel, then sprinkle extra cheese.
6 Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
