Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2 Slice bread loaf in a criss-cross pattern, but don’t cut all the way through.
3 Mix melted butter, garlic, and herbs. Drizzle into the cuts of bread.
4 Stuff grated cheese generously between the slits.
5 Wrap loaf in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
6 Open foil and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
