Dough
2 cups whole wheat flour (atta)
1/2 tsp salt
As needed, to knead dough
Stuffing
1 cup mozzarella or processed cheese, grated
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
1 tbsp fresh coriander or dried herbs

Instructions

Knead wheat flour, salt, and water into a soft dough. Rest for 20 minutes.

Divide into balls. Roll slightly and stuff with cheese mixture.

Seal and roll gently into round parathas.

Cook on hot tawa with butter/ghee until golden spots appear on both sides.

Serve hot with chutney, pickle, or curd.
