Instructions
- 1 Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2 Strain the juice through a fine sieve (optional) to remove pulp.
- 3 Add lemon juice, honey (or sugar), and mint leaves. Blend again for 10–15 seconds.
- 4 Add chilled water or soda and mix well.
- 5 Pour into glasses over ice cubes. Garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves and serve chilled.
