Instructions

Soak almonds, cashews, and dates (or raisins) in warm water for 15–20 minutes. Peel almonds if desired.

In a blender jar, add sliced bananas, soaked nuts & dry fruits, milk, and cardamom powder.

Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add 1–2 tsp honey or rock sugar for sweetness.

Pour into glasses, garnish with chopped dry fruits or banana slices, and serve immediately while chilled.
