Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
- 2 Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic, add tomato puree, oregano, chili flakes, salt & pepper. Cook 10 minutes.
- 3 Toss cooked pasta into the sauce and mix well.
- 4 Transfer pasta into the baking dish, top with mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan.
- 5 Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden on top.
- 6 Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil or parsley.
